Born on 2 December 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model who is well-known for her roles in movies and television shows. Brandt made her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a period drama. She began her acting career in New Zealand who appeared on Diplomatic Immunity. The actress was a part of a lot of television shows in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies, and The Librarians. In the year 2016 Brandt is playing the role as Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was lived in Cape Town South Africa and then moved into Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. The actress began her career as a model, appearing in print advertisements and commercials. Prior to her rise to recognition as a model, she worked in retail sales as well as working as an expert in recruitment for information technology. In 2009 she was offered her debut role as Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she made her debut on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl named Naevia. The role of Naevia has also been reprised by her in the Spartacus miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star in three TV series, including Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010) as well as Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016 Mazikeen began her role as a bounty hunting demon in the Netflix smash hit Lucifer. Her leading role until this point.
